Rebecca Mordechai

Rebecca has a decade of experience in US immigration. Her expertise includes assisting clients in acquiring various types of visas, green cards, and US citizenship for descendants. Rebecca also handles visa issues such as overstay, criminal charges, and illegal employment.

Rebecca grew up in England and immigrated to Israel after high school. She holds an LL.B in Law from the College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan. Rebecca is fluent in English and Hebrew and resides in Givat Shmuel with her husband and two children.

Joshua Pex – Founding Partner

Attorney Pex has been a member of the Bar Association since 2009. Joshua specializes in immigration to Israel, administrative law, legal counsel for non-profit organizations, labor law, and foreign passports. Between 2008-2012, he worked at Yehuda Raveh & Co. law firm, Jerusalem branch, in the administrative litigation department.

Attorney Pex holds several public positions, including Chair of the Property Tax Appeals Committee of the Tamar Regional Council (Dead Sea), Chair of the Immigration and Foreigners Committee of the Jerusalem Bar Association, and Board Member of the Freedom Fund to assist victims of human trafficking.

Joshua established and manages the Immigration and Entry to Israel Department. Over the years, he has assisted thousands in overcoming Ministry of Interior objections to aliyah applications or bringing family members to Israel, obtaining status in Israel for spouses and children, and obtaining visas for denied entry, volunteers, and expert foreign workers.

Joshua holds Israeli, American, and Netherlands citizenships and speaks English, Hebrew, and Dutch.

Michael Decker – Founding Partner

Attorney Decker has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2008.

Michael specializes in immigration to Israel, commercial law, non-profit organizations (associations), administrative law (primarily property tax issues), inheritance law, intellectual property (focusing on trademarks), and civil litigation.

Michael’s expertise includes the establishment, registration, and management of Israeli and foreign companies. He also specializes in cooperation with businesspeople and companies from Gulf countries, the UAE, India, and China.

Michael holds American citizenship and speaks English and Hebrew.
